Fake Pokemon Game Making Waves in AppStore

I think everyone knows how strict Apple can be about what does and doesn't get place in their app store. There have been quite a few amazing apps, some rip-off games (that were actually better than the original), and some inappropriate apps as well, but it would appear that Apple missed a big one right off the bat. Not only is this game a blatant rip-off, but the game studio doesn't even try to hide the fact that they are trying to bank on an IP that is not theirs. The game is Pokemon Yellow, and as of now I believe they have finally taken it down. As you can see from the picture there was no way anyone could mistake this game as a game with a familiar name, but being something totally different.

I kind of find this funny simply because you take one of the most popular game franchises for handheld devices and build something that sort of resembles it (rips it off) on the iOS platform and it gets through the certification process. Perhaps there were some company holidays that allowed this one to slip by. The customers of the AppStore did trash it in the review section, so at least they were aware of what was going on.
