I-Pod Touch: FireDrop Review

FireDrop is a puzzle game of sorts for your Apple I-touch/I-phone. You will be trying to select matches of 3 or more of the same color to survive the rounds. Once the 'pots' reach the top of the screen its game over. Its basically a speedier version of collapse. If you don't know what that is, its simply a game where you have different colored blocks and you are trying to clear off the screen of blocks before a column of them reaches the top of the screen.

Graphically the game looks pretty good on the device, though I have to say that its a good thing that is 3 or more of the same color, the 'pots'are pretty small, but on a 9 x 10 grid they have to be.

As mentioned before the selecting of 3 or more of the same color is basically your only concern for control. You do have an awesome option of pausing the game if you need a break, but don't expect the screen of 'pots' to still be there for you, that's just cheating.

This is a game that I'd recommend to my readers as one that you can pass a bit of time with, you're not going to get immersed in a game like this, but its going to give you something to do to pass the time, 7.6 out of 10.
